The
students of SSC-2 of HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School brought laurels by their
exemplary performance in board exams. In Arts stream, Vaishnavi stood first by
scoring 97.3% marks, Mandira Joshi got second position by scoring 96.4% marks
and Tarunika Rampal got third position by scoring 96.2% marks.
In Science
stream, Jasraj Kaur bagged first position by scoring 97% marks, Manveen Kaur
got second position by scoring 96.4% marks and Diya Sharma got third position
by scoring 95.7% marks. In Commerce stream, Harveen Kaur scored first position
by scoring 95.5% marks, Sugandhi Behal got second position by scoring 94.2%
marks and Mansi Arora got third position by scoring 93% marks. Total 8 students
scored above 95% marks from various streams. Total 39 students scored above 90%
marks.
Vaishnavi
of SSC-2 (Arts) scored perfect 100% in Elective Hindi and 98% in Economics,
Mandira of SSC-2 (Arts) scored 98% in Elective English. Sugandhi of SSC-2
(Comm) scored 99% in Accounts. Diya Sharma and Manveen Kaur of SSC-2
(Non-medical) scored 96% in Chemistry. In physics, 7 students scored above 95%
marks. Jasraj got 98% marks in Mathematics and 4 students scored above 95% in
mathematics. Principal Dr. (Mrs) Ajay Sareen and school Coordinator Mrs.
Meenakshi Syal congratulated the students for their splendid performance and
also wished them to be successful in their future endeavors. They also
congratulated the teachers and the parents for their persistent support
throughout. Apart from remarkable performance in academics, the students also
made their institute proud by winning various competitions, National and
International Olympiads held throughout the year. Principal Dr.(Mrs) Ajay
Sareen believes to provide platform to the students for their holistic
development in academics as well as Co-curricular activities. Under her
stewardship the students are well exposed to various competitions to build up
confidence and scale the heights of success.
