HMV providing many scholarships to students

 


Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya has always been a pioneer in Women Education and Empowerment.  Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen told that this year also, HMV is giving lot of scholarships to the toppers. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen told that total freeship will be given to the students at entry level of UG courses scoring 95% and above marks.  Concession of Rs.10000/- will be given to students scoring 94.9% to 90% marks in board exams.  Concession of Rs.6000/- will be given to students scoring 89.9% to 85% marks in board exams and concession of Rs.4000/- will be given to students scoring 84.9% to 80% marks in board exams.  For subsequent years of UG courses, total freeship will be given to first position holder of the university.  50% concession in total fee will be given to second position holder and 35% concession in total fee will be given to third position holder.  25% concession will be given to students scoring first and second position in college in university exams. 25% concession will be given to the 1st position holder in college/university for those courses which are available only in college.  At entry level of PG courses, total freeship to first position holder, 50% concession tot second position holder and 35% concession to third position holder of the university will be given.  For second year of PG courses, Rs.10000/- concession will be given to the students securing first position in university and Rs.5000/- concession will be given to first position holder in college in university exams.  Under Mahatma Anand Swami Shikshit Beti Mission, Rs.5000/- concession to fatherless and Rs.7000/- concession to parentless student will be given.  Under HMV ‘Provides Wings’ Mission scholarship, 50% concession will be given to differently abled student.  Rs.5000/- concession to single girl child will be given under Mahatma Hans Raj Beti Padao Mission.  Under Maharshi Dayanand Unnat Beti Mission, on poverty basis, concession of Rs.5000/- (on full fee) and Rs.3000/- (on half fee) will be given.  In addition, Rs.3000/- including half fee concession will be given as sister concession.  HMV has also announced HMV COVID warrior incentive of Rs. 5000/- to the wards of covid warriors. HMV is also offering various Non-Govt. scholarships to the students.

            Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen said that college is also providing ‘Earn while you learn’ scheme.    Under the skill oriented courses, the students get placement after graduation. The aim of the college is holistic growth of the students and the infrastructure of the college is of global standards.  Industrial exposure is also given to the students.
