Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya
celebrated Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Hans Raj with all protocols and social
distancing. On this occasion with a special permission of Local Administration,
in collaboration with International Human Rights organization, a Special
Vaccination Camp (COVID-19) was also organized.
Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen addressed the faculty and staff
with the moral values of Mahatma Hansraj Ji. She highlighted that his life has
been epitome of inspiration for all. He was dedicated and committed towards his
profession without any expectation. His idea of social welfare and contribution
in education has been commendable. The name of the institution is after his
name only and the institution is working on his ideas only. She also talked
about the message of Hon’ble President DAVCMC Dr. Punam Suri Ji, Padma Shree
Awardee which has been shared on college
website, facebook and other Social Medias.
On this eve Principal DAV
College Dr. S.K.Arora also said about life of Mahatma Hans Raj Ji and his elder brother Sh. Mulk Raj Ji and
their valuable contribution. Dean Academics Dr. Kanwaldeep also presented her
views and said that life of Mahatma Hans Raj Ji
inspire us to have cordial relations among each other. Dr. Meenu Talwar
in her speech illustrated that it s very difficult to keep the vision for 58
years and work constantly with dedication which is a sign of bravery on the
part of Mahatma Hans Raj Ji. Advocate Vikrant, Director International Human Rights Organization also presented his
views on the occasion and being in female institution also talked about women empowerment.

both alumnae of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya. In the end Dean Vedic Studies
