Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar provided a golden opportunity to students by starting an Induction Programme of 10 days on “Life and Professional Skills”. This programme is divided in two modules. The first module was inaugurated today. This Induction Programme is being organized under the direction of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen and its incharges are Mrs. Meenu Kohli and Ms. Shallu Batra. The programme started with lighting of the lamp & recital of Gayatri Mantra. Dean Academics Dr. Kanwaldeep Kaur said that we should utilize our time fruitfully during Pandemic. She also said that the staff of HMV is so efficient that they are making students skilled through virtual platform. Induction Programme Incharge Ms. Shallu Batra gave brief introduction of the programme. She said that such programmes enhance your critical and analytical skills. Head of Psychology Department Dr. Ashmeen Kaur took first session on Mental Health. She said that we should help each other in this critical situation. Mrs. Sukhwinder Kaur from Sports Department took a practical session on Yoga. She also showed various Yog Asanas to the participants. The moderator was Dr. Anjana Bhatia. This programme is being attended by almost 100 participants.
