Paid Vaccination Camp by District Administration was started at Hans Raj
Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar. The District Administration is offering
Covaxin at nominal cost of Rs. 500/- to the general public. The camp was
visited by Deputy Commissioner Sh. Ghanshyam Thori, IAS and SDM-I Sh. Jai Inder
Singh. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen welcomed them. Dr. Ajay Sareen said that Vaccination is our
responsibility. We all have to be aware to fulfill this responsibility, the
citizens are getting vaccinated. Nodal Officer Dr. Seema Marwaha and Asstt.
Nodal Officer Mr. Ravi Maini told that around 100 people got vaccinated on
first day. They pre-booked the slots of vaccination. Social distancing and
other norms of COVID-19 are followed at vaccination centre. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen
thanked District Administration for believing in HMV & choosing it as
Vaccination Centre. On this occasion Mr. Raman Behl, Mr. Pankaj Jyoti and Mr.
Lakhwinder Singh were also present.
