One day workshop on “Design Process and Prototypes in Design World” by department of
Design. Resource Person was Fashion
Designer Ms. Simranjeet. The design process and its implementation on the
product was the emphasis of the workshop. Various sampling techniques and use
of Technology in design industry and creating prototypes for consumers is
discussed and explained during workshop. Head of Department Dr. Rakhi Mehta
extended the workshop with Quiz with students and faculty to make it more
interested and to learn the advancement in the technology use in world of design.
Design students and faculty members Ms. Ritika, Ms. Manika, and Ms. Ravneet
attended the fruitful workshop and learn the various aspects of Design Process
and Prototypes of Design world. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen
appreciated the efforts of the department and said that the knowledge of latest
technology according to industry needs is given to the students at HMV which is
the need of the hour.
