NCC Army and Air Wing Cadets of Hans
Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya Jalandhar
donated blood for Indian Soldiers at Military Hospital Jalandhar Cantt, under
the able guidance of Principal Dr Mrs.
Ajay Sareen. NCC Army wing and Air Wing Cadets of HMV donated blood for
soldiers in a critical situation along with ANO Lt. Sonia Mahendru. Principal Prof. Dr. Mrs. Ajay Sareen
appreciated the initiative of NCC for serving the country. She said that
everyone cannot go to war front in this tense situation prevailing between
India and Pakistan but everyone can contribute through these gestures. We
should be prepared to serve our country in every situation and in every way. Donating
blood is otherwise also very pious. Our war fronts are being led by women
officers. We all should come forward to serve them in every possible way. On
this occasion, War Veteran Col Deepak Rampal, Vir Chakra Awardee, Commanding
officer Col MS Sachdev, 2 PB (G) BN NCC Jalandhar and Commanding officer Group Captain Manish Kumar, 1 PB Air Squadron
Jalandhar also appreciated the enthusiasm of HMV cadets. Col Rampal motivated cadets by saying that as
women are leading war fronts, girl cadets need to come forward for supporting
the soldiers.
