HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School
proudly hosted its installation Ceremony to mark the formal induction of the
newly elected student council for the academic session 2025-26 under the
stewardship of Principal Dr ( Mrs) Ajay Sareen. The event began with the
ceremonial lighting of the lamp to invoke the blessings of the Almighty
followed by reciting DAV Gaan. Principal
madam was welcomed with a planter and memento by Dr Seema Marwaha, Dean Academics and School Coordinator, Mrs Arvinder Kaur, School Co-
Coordinator & Mrs Urvashi Mishra, Dean Student Council. Thereafter, the
newly elected members undertook their responsibilities as new office bearers
and they were conferred with badges respectively. They pledged to bestow their
duties to the best of their abilities and hold the motto of loyalty, truth and
honour in high esteem. Ridham Nagpal of SSC 2 Commerce was pinned the badge of
Head Girl. The post of Joint Head Girl was held by Palak Summan of SSC 2
Commerce, Shrishti Kumar of SSC 2 Science,&
Furleen Kaur of SSC 2 Humanities. The post of Assistant Head Girl was
held by Shreya Dubey of SSC 1 Commerce, Diya Vaid of SSC 1 Science &
Pragati of SSC 1 Humanities. 12 students
were elected for the HMV Task Force & 12 students were elected as the Class
Representatives. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen addressed the students
and congratulated them on receiving the prestigious offices designated to
them. She enlightened the students with
the value of discipline in life to achieve success and peace. She also
encouraged them to carry their responsibilities with humbleness, sincerity,
dedication and also to remain deep rooted with their moral and ethical values.
A vote of thanks was presented by Dean Academics & School Coordinator Dr
Seema Marwaha. She advised the students
to be impartial and honest in discharging their duties. The event concluded
with the recital of National Anthem.
