HMV celebrated International Mother Language Day

Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya Maha Vidyalaya in association with Punjab Jagriti Manch celebrated International Mother Language Day by organizing an awareness rally under the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen and support of Mrs. Kawaljit Kaur, Head Punjabi Deptt.  60 students led by Ms. Sukhwinder and Dr. Harjot enthusiastically participated in the rally.  This rally is organized every year to make the people aware of the importance of Punjabi language.  Principal Dr. Sareen conveyed her best wishes to the students and motivated to spread this awareness far and wide because mother language joins the person to its roots.  Mrs. Kuljit Kaur Athwal, Incharge Punjabi Sahit Sabha was also present on the occasion.

ਹੰਸ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਂਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ ਜ¦ਧਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੋ. ਡਾ. ਸੀਮਤੀ ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਰਗ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਸੀਮਤੀ ਕਵਲਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਜਾਗਤੀ ਮੰਚ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਮਾਤ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੱਢੀ ਗਈ ਮਾਤ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਚੇਤਨਾ ਰੈਲੀ 'ਚ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ।   ਇਸ ਰੈਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ 60 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦੋ ਪਾਧਿਆਪਕਾਵਾਂ  ਸੀਮਤੀ ਸੁਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਡਾ. ਹਰਜੋਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ।  ਇਹ ਵਰਨਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹੰਸ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ, ਜ¦ਧਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਇਸ ਚੇਤਨਾ ਰੈਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੜੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਭਾਗ ਲੈਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਤ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਦੇ ਮਹੱਤਵ ਬਾਰੇ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰਵੀ ਚੇਤਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।  ਪਿੰ. ਡਾ. ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਮਾਤ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਤੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰਸ਼ੁੱਭ ਇਛਾਵਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ।  ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਾਹਿਤ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਸੀਮਤੀ ਕੁਲਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।
