HMV Collegiate School Wrestling Team brought laurels

The Wrestling Team of HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School won the School District Wrestling Championship and many other prizes.  Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated the team.  Km. Simranjit, Km. Ravika and Km. Kirandeep participated in School State Wrestling Championship and Km. Simranjit got Gold Medal in 67 kgs weight category.  Km. Kirandeep got Bronze medal in 63 kgs weight category held at Nawanshahar.  Km. Simranjit participated in National School Wrestling Games at Delhi and got Bronze medal in 67 kgs weight category.  Km. Simranjit also got Gold medal in 68 kgs weight category and Km. Kirandeep got Silver medal in 65 kgs weight category in Jr. State Wrestling Championship held at Chandigarh.  They are also selected for Junior National Wrestling Championship which is going to be held at Jaipur. On this occasion, HOD Physical Education Mrs. Sudershan Kang, DPE Harmeet Kaur, Sukhwinder Kaur and Baldeena D. Khokhar were also present.
