Students
of HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School won laurels in 8th SOF, International English Olympiad. 152 students of SSC I and SSC II participated
in first level examination. Kritagyta of
SSC I won Gold medal by getting first position, Dhreeti won Silver medal and
Puneet Mittal won Bronze medal for getting second and third positions
respectively. Deepanshi of SSC I
received Gold Medal for first position, Kamakshi received Silver medal and
Rachita received Bronze medal for second and third positions respectively. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen
congratulated the faculty and students.
She inspired the winners to do work with commitment so as to be successful
in all walks of life. Three students
have been selected for second level examination. Coordinator Mrs. Meenakshi Syal said that
school is organizing such competitions time to time to provide platform to the
students for their mental growth and international exposure. Mrs. Mamta, Head of English department, Mrs.
Jaspreet Kaur and Mrs. Preeti Thapar were also present.
ਐਚ.ਐਮ.ਵੀ ਕਾੱਲਜਿਏਟ ਸੀ.ਸੈ. ਸਕੂਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ 8ਵੇਂ ਐਸ.ਓ.ਐਫ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਇੰਗਲਿਸ਼ ਓ¦ਪਿਆਡ 'ਚ 6 ਮੈਡਲ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਰੋਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ। +1 ਤੇ +2 ਦੀਆਂ 152 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਰੀਖਿਆ 'ਚ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਲੈਵਲ 'ਚ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ। +1 ਦੀ ਕਿਤਗਿਆ ਨੇ ਗੋਲਡ ਮੈਡਲ, ਧਿਤੀ ਨੇ ਸਿਲਵਰ ਮੈਡਲ ਤੇ ਪੁਨੀਤ ਮਿੱਤਲ ਨੇ ਬਾਂਜ਼ ਮੈਡਲ ਪਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। +1 ਦੀ ਦੀਪਾਂਸ਼ੀ ਨੇ ਗੋਲਡ ਮੈਡਲ, ਕਾਮਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਨੇ ਸਿਲਵਰ ਮੈਡਲ ਤੇ ਰਚਿਤਾ ਨੇ ਬਾਂਜ਼ ਮੈਡਲ ਪਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੋ. ਡਾ. ਸੀਮਤੀ ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਜੇਤੂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰਪੂਰੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਠਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪੇਰਣਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਦੂਜੇ ਲੈਵਲ ਦੀ ਪਰੀਖਿਆ 'ਚ ਤਿੰਨ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਹੋਈ। ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਮੀਨਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਸਿਆਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ•ਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਤਾਂਕਿ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰਅੰਤਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਏਕਸਪੋਜ਼ਰ ਮਿਲ ਸਕੇ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇੇ ਤੇ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਸੀਮਤੀ ਮਮਤਾ, ਜਸਪੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਤੇ ਪੀਤਿ ਥਾਪਰ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
