Eye Check up Camp organized at HMV

An Eye Check up Camp was organized by Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya under the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen.  The initiative was taken by Dr. N.K. Gupta, MBBS, FCLI, AMA from AKAL Eye Hospital.  Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen accorded a warm welcome to Dr. N.K. Gupta.  She said that that health check up camp is the routine feature of the institution, keeping in account the health of learners.  It is necessary for sound mind and sound health.  Around 80 students got their eye check up done.  Dr. N.K. Gupta gave numerous tips to the students regarding eye care and encouraged them to have nutritious diet.  He highlighted the need for an annual eye check up for everyone.  On this occasion, the hospital team members Mr. Abhishek, Ms. Pooja Joshi, Mr. O.P. Verma, Mr. Upvan Binny and College members Mrs. Meenakshi Sayal, Dr. Aarti Sharma and Ms. Poonam Sharma were also present.

ਹੰਸਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ 'ਚ ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੋ. ਡਾ. ਅਜੇ ਸਰੀਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਚੈਕਅਪ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।  ਇਸ ਕੈਂਪ 'ਚ ਅਕਾਲ ਆਈ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਤੋ. ਡਾ. ਐਨ.ਕੇ. ਗੁਪਤਾ ਐਮ.ਬੀ.ਬੀ.ਐਸ, ਐਫ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ..ਆਈ, ਏਐਮ.ਏ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।  ਕਾਲਜ ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਨੇ ਡਾ. ਗੁਪਤਾ ਦਾ ਸੁਆਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੈਲਥ ਚੈਕਅਪ ਸਾਡੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦਾ ਰੂਟੀਨ ਫੀਚਰ ਹੈ ਜੋਕਿ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਨੂੰਧਿਆਨ 'ਚ ਰਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।  ਤੰਦਰੁਸਤ ਦਿਮਾਗ ਤੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ।  ਇਸ ਕੈਂਪ 'ਚ ਲਗਭਗ 80 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ।  ਡਾ. ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਦੇਖਭਾਲ ਦੇ ਟਿਪਸ ਦੱਸੇ ਅਤੇ ਪੌਸ਼ਟਿਕ ਆਹਾਰ ਲੈਣ ਦੀ ਪੇਰਣਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ।  ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਚੈਕਅਪ ਨੂੰਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ।  ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਟੀਮ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਅਭਿਸ਼ੇਕ, ਪੂਜਾ ਜੋਸ਼ੀ, ਓ.ਪੀ.ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਉਪਵਨ, ਬਿੰਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਪੋ. ਮੀਨਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਸਿਆਲ, ਡਾ. ਆਰਤੀ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਤੇ ਪੋ. ਪੂਨਮ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
