The Bachelor of Design department of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organised a two days Printing Workshop. In this workshop, the students learnt about various techniques of Printing and Surface ornamentation. Various printing techniques like Block Printing, Screen Printing, Stencil Printing, etc were also explored by the students. The process of screen developing and its surface ornamentation possibilities are demonstrated by Dr. Rakhi Mehta, Assistant Professor B.Design department. The students learnt and experimented various surfaces and styles. Principal Prof. Dr. Mrs. Ajay Sareen congratulated Head of Fine Arts Department Ms. Shama Sharma for the success of the workshop. She said that in today’s era, the girls should possess as many skills as they can to become independent. It is a step towards making women empowered.
