HMV student holds rally on Environment Issues

Red Ribbon Club and NSS department of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya participated in Awareness Rally organized by Asstt. Director Youth Services Punjab under the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen.  Around 60 students participated in the rally and created awareness on Environmental issues using placards and banners.  Students created awareness regarding paddy burning, garbage, tree plantation, water pollution and save water, organic farming etc.  On this occasion, Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen said that everybody should understand the importance of clean environment.  She motivated the students to make sure that their surroundings are clean and green.  She advised them to be responsible for their mother nature.   On this occasion, Red Ribbon Club, Coordinator Mrs. Kuljit Kaur, NSS Coordinator Mrs. Veena Arora, Dr. Anjana Bhatia, Mrs. Bindu Kohli, Harmanu were also present.

ਹੰਸ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾ ਵਿਦਿਆਲਿਆ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਰੈਡ ਰਿਬਨ ਕਲੱਬ ਅਤੇ ਐਨ.ਐਸ.ਐਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਡਾ. (ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ) ਅਜੇ ਸਰੀਨ ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਹੇਠ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਯੂਥ ਸਰਵਿਸਜ਼ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੱਢੀ ਗਈ ਰੈਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੋਏ। ਇਸ ਰੈਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਨ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਰੁੱਖ ਲਗਾਉਣ, ਪਰਾਲੀ ਨਾ ਸਾੜਨ, ਪਾਣੀ ਬਚਾਉਣ, ਕੂੜੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਤੇ ਸੁੱਟਣ, ਖਾਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਘੱਟ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨ, ਜੈਵਿਕ ਖੇਤੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗ ਆਦਿ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸੁਚੇਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਅਰਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਰੈਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਬੜੇ ਜੋਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਰੈਲੀ ਦਾ ਆਰੰਭ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਏ.ਡੀ.ਸੀ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ............ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਫਰਜ਼ ਪਛਾਨਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਡਾ. (ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ) ਅਜੇ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਨ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਸੁਨੇਹਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਵਿਚ ਸਵੱਛ ਅਤੇ ਤੰਦਰੁਸਤ ਭਾਰਤ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ। ਇਹ ਵਰਨਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਰੈਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ 60 ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ। ਰੈਡ ਰਿਬਨ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਕੁਲਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਐਨ.ਐਸ.ਐਸ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਵੀਨਾ ਅਰੋੜਾ, ਡਾ. ਅੰਜਨਾ ਭਾਟਿਆ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਬਿੰਦੂ

ਕੋਹਲੀ, ਸੁਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਹਰਮਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਰੈਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ।
