HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School organized educational trip to Jung-E-Azadi Kartarpur

Under the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen and Coordinator Mrs. Meenakshi Sayal, History department of HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School organized a successful trip to Jung-E-Azadi, Kartarpur.  60 students became the part of this trip.  Students thanked whole heartedly Principal Dr. Sareen for providing them the great opportunity of reviving the history of freedom fighters.  They visited six galleries of the history of freedom fighters and one movie regarding that very topic.  They also enjoyed sound and laser show.  They were flooded with the feeling of Nationalism.  Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen told that such visits provide exposure to the students to learn the subject deeply.  The whole trip resulted as a successful event.

ਐਚ.ਐਮ.ਵੀ ਕਾਲਜੀਏਟ ਸੀ.ਸੈ. ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਡਾ. (ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ) ਅਜੇ ਸਰੀਨ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਮੀਨਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਸਿਆਲ ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਹੇਠ ਜੰਗ-ਏ-ਆਜਾਦੀ, ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਰੋਜਾ ਟ੍ਰਿਪ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੁਤੰਤਰਤਾ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ 'ਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਮੁਦਾਏ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਲਿਦਾਨ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੇਣਾ ਸੀ। ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਅਕਾਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਤਿਮਾ ਮੰਡੇਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ 60 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਟ੍ਰਿਪ 'ਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਡੀਟੋਰਿਯਮ, ਮੂਵੀਹਾਲ, ਔਪਨ-ਏਯਰ ਥਿਯੇਟਰ, ਲਾਇਬ੍ਰੇਰੀ ਖੋਜ ਆਦਿ ਦੇਖੇ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਦੌਰੇ ਦਾ ਆਨੰਦ ਲਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਰੇ 'ਚ ਗਿਆਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰ. ਡਾ. ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਪਯੋਗੀ ਦੌਰੇ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕਰਨ 'ਤੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
