HMV participated in Career Guidance Fair Spark 2018

Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, College of Excellence under the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen participated in 2-day Career Guidance Fair Spark-2018 organized by the District Administration to guide students of various schools of Jalandhar for career opportunities that they can opt for after 10^th and 12^th.  HMV – the premier institution dedicated to the cause of women education for past 92 years is the only institution in the region to provide 12 skill based courses.  The college teachers put up stall to acquaint the students with various skill based courses available under Kaushal Kendra at HMV along with various other vocational and degree courses.  Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen appreciated the efforts of District Administration and said that it is quite an appreciable step to motivate the youth to steer the wheel of their career in the right direction.  Principal Dr. Sareen congratulated the team of teachers, Mrs. Meenakshi Syal, School Coordinator, Dr. Seema Khanna, Dr. Neeru Bharti Sharma, Mrs. Mukti Arora, Mrs. Bindu, Mrs. Navneeta, Ms. Mangla, Dr. Meenakshi Duggal for their contribution.

ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਡਾ. (ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ) ਅਜੇ ਸਰੀਨ ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਹੇਠ ਹੰਸਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ ਨੇ ਦੋ ਰੋਜਾ ਕਰਿਅਰ ਗਾਇਡੇਂਸ ਫੇਯਰ ਸਪਾਰਕ-2018 'ਚ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ। ਇਹ ਫੇਯਰ ਜ਼ਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਟੇਡਿਯਮ 'ਚ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ 10ਵੀਂ ਤੇ 12ਵੀਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਕਰਿਅਰ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਰੇ 'ਚ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਿ ਸਿਰਫ ਐਚ.ਐਮ.ਵੀ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਪਿਛਲੇ 92 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ 'ਚ ਅੱਗੇ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਾਂਤ 'ਚ ਇਹ ਇਕੱਲਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 12 ਸਕਿਲ ਆਧਾਰਿਤ ਕੋਰਸ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਕੌਸ਼ਲ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਤਰਗਤ ਹੰਸਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ 'ਚ ਕਈ ਵੋਕੇਸ਼ਨਲ ਤੇ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਕੋਰਸ ਚਲਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰ. ਡਾ. ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਜ਼ਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਯੁਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰਿਅਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾਯੋਗ ਹੈ। ਮੈਡਮ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ, ਸਕੂਲ ਕੋ-ਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਮੀਨਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਸਿਆਲ, ਡਾ. ਸੀਮਾ ਖੰਨਾ, ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਕਰਿਅਰ ਕਾਉਂਸਲਿੰਗ ਸੈਲ, ਡਾ. ਨੀਰੂ ਭਾਰਤੀ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਮੁਕਤੀ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਨਵਨੀਤਾ, ਸੁਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਮੰਗਲਾ ਸਾਹਣੀ ਤੇ ਡਾ. ਮੀਨਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਦੁੱਗਲ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
