Radiant with vibrant energy, the students zestfully welcomed the renowned singer and actor Jassi Gill. The visit was arranged under the dynamic directions of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen and Coordinators Mrs. Navroop Kaur and Dr. Ramnita Saini Sharda. Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Sareen welcomed and honoured Jassi Gill with a phulkari. She said that such respites from the routine rejuvenate the mind. Going nostalgic Jassi Gill recollected his college days and remarked that college days are always the best and students should enjoy them to the fullest. Along with it they need to work hard to fulfill their dreams as well. He wished them all the best for their lives. He recited his famous songs and invited the students to watch his upcoming movie ‘High End Yaariyan’ which is directed by Mr. Pankaj Batra. The students presented him with best wishes card for the success of his movie. Also present on the occasion were Dr. Seema Marwaha, Dr. Ekta Khosla, Dr. Ashmeen Kaur, Mrs. Veena Arora, Dr. Sangeeta Arora, Mr. Amarjit Khanna, Mr. Pankaj Jyoti and members of teaching and non teaching.
