Mahila Maha Vidyalaya is going to organize Annual
Sports Meet ‘Champions 2019’ on 9th February. On this occasion, S. Gurpreet Singh Bhullar,
IPS will be the Chief Guest. Principal
Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen told that college is not excelling in the field of
education but also performing in sports in an excellent way. Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Sareen said that in this
Sports Meet events like 100 mtr race, long jump, short put, lemon race, 3 leg
race, tug of war, kite flying etc. for teaching, non teaching and students will
be organized. Dr. Sukhdev Singh,
Director Sports & Head, GNDU Amritsar will be the Chief Guest for the
Valedictory Function and Olympian Mrs. Rajwinder, our alumnae will be the Guest
of Honour. On this occasion, the
exemplary and outstanding sports achievers and coaches will also be honoured.
ਹੰਸਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਸਲਾਨਾ ਸਪੋਰਟਸ ਮੀਟ ਚੈਂਪਿਅਨਸ-੨੦੧੯ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ੯ ਫਰਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ, ਆਈ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ. ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਮੁੱਖ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਸ਼ੀ੍ਰਮਤੀ ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਾਲਜ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਪਰਚਮ ਲਹਿਰਾਂਦਾ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਪੋਰਟਸ ਮੀਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੀਚਿੰਗ, ਨਾੱਨ ਟੀਚਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ੧੦੦ ਮੀਟਰ ਰੇਸ, ਲਾਂਗ ਜੰਪ, ਸ਼ਾਰਟਪੁਟ, ਲੈਮਨ ਰੇਸ, ਥ੍ਰੀ ਲੈਗ ਰੇਸ, ਟਗ ਆਫ ਵਾਰ, ਪਤੰਗਬਾਜੀ ਆਦਿ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ਾਮ ਦੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਾ. ਸੁਖਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ, ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਸਪੋਰਟਸ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਖੀ, ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਓਲੰਪਿਅਨ ਰਾਜਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਖੇਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸਥਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਚਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਨਮਾਨਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
