NCC Unit of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya conducted a one day Service Selection Board (SSB) training workshop. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen, Guest of Honour Col. Jasbir Singh and Speaker of the day Er. Ankitpal Singh lighted the knowledge lamp. Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated the NCC unit for organizing the workshop. She motivated the students to be focussed in life and always work to achieve their goals. Col. Jasbir Singh encouraged the students to become good citizens. He inspired the students not just to improve on the education but also the improvement of body, mind and soul. He motivated the students to work for the soul without caring about the acknowledgement. Er. Ankitpal Singh gave the students tips to crack SSB interview and developing leadership qualities. In the afternoon session the students were given training about public speaking skills and group discussions. The workshop was very beneficial for cadets aspiring to join armed forces. ਹੰਸ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਿਆ ਦੇ ਐਨ.ਸੀ.ਸੀ. ਯੂਨਿਟ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਸਲੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਬੋਰਡ (ਐਸ.ਐਸ.ਬੀ.) ਦੁਆਰਾ ਇਕ ਦਿਵਸ ਦੀ ਟੇਨਿੰਗ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਡਾ. ਅਜੇ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਕਰਨਲ ਜਸਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਵਕਤਾ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰ ਅੰਕਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਕਾਰਜ ਕਰਮ ਦਾ ਆਗਾਜ਼ ਦੀਪ ਜਲਾ ਕੇ ਹੋਇਆ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਐਨ.ਸੀ.ਸੀ. ਯੂਨਿਟ ਨੂੰ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਕਸ਼ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕੇਂਦਿਤ ਰਹਿਣ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਯਤਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਕਰਨਲ ਜਸਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਬਣਣ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਣਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੇਵਲ ਵਿਦਿਆ ਦੇ ਸਤਰ ਤੇ ਹੀ ਨਹÄ ਬਲਕਿ ਸ਼ਰੀਰਿਕ, ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਆਤਮਿਕ ਸਤਰ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਬੇਹਤਰ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਬਣਣਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀ ਅਭਿਸਵ´ਿਤੀ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਬਗੈਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਸੰਤੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ। ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰ ਅੰਕਿਤਪਾਲ ਨੇ ´ੈਕ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਟਿਪਸ ਅਤੇ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਵਿਕਸਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਟਿਪਸ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਦੁਪਿਹਰ ਦੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਸਪੀਕਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਟੇਨਿੰਗ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਮੂਹਿਕ ਵਿਚਾਰ-ਵਿਮਰਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਆਰਮੀ ਜੁਆਇੰਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਇਛੂਕ ਕੈਂਡੇਟਸ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਕਾਫੀ ਲਾਭਦਾਇਕ ਰਹੀ। ਐਨ.ਸੀ.ਸੀ. ਕੈਂਡੇਟਸ ਸਮੇਤ ਲਗਭਗ 200 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਅਵਸਰ ਤੇ ਐਨ.ਸੀ.ਸੀ. ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਸਲੋਨੀ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਐਚ.ਐਮ.ਵੀ. ਐਨ.ਸੀ.ਸੀ. ਯੂਨਿਟ ਦੇ ਆਰਮੀ ਵਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਕੇਅਰਟੇਕਰ ਸੋਨੀਆ ਮਹੇਂਦਰੂ ਅਤੇ ਏਅਰ ਵਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਕੇਅਰਟੇਕਰ ਪੂਰਣਿਮਾ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
