Designing
Hub society of Bachelor of Design department of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya
organized a two day workshop on knitting and crocheting. Mrs. Jyoti Miglani, handicraft artist from
Jammu was the resource person of the workshop. She discussed and demonstrated
various types of knitting and crocheting possibilities. Students learn number
of new patterns and techniques and made various articles with experimental art
techniques. Faculty members Mrs. Gurdeep kaur, Ms. Kamalpreet Kaur and Head of
Department Dr. Rakhi Mehta also learn and tried new techniques of crochet and
knitting. Principal Prof. Dr (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen wished the Designing Hub
society Good luck for wonderful and fruitful design workshop. Students of B.Design
(Fashion & Textiles) and B.Sc Fashion Designing students learn the
art.
