Spreading the luster of their glory the students of Hans Raj Mahila
Maha Vidyalaya lifted the Literary Trophy in the Inter Zonal Youth Festival
held at Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar. Organized by Guru Nanak Dev
University Amritsar, teams from 35 colleges participated in the Inter-Zonal
Festival.
The fervent students of HMV stood unbeaten in the Quiz & Debate
competition and maintained the top position while they bagged second position
in Elocution competition. They have qualified to further participate in the
Inter-University National Youth Festival.
The students won first positions in Painting, Debate, Quiz, second
positions in Poster Making, Elocution, Gidha and third positions in Cartooning
and Classical Non-Percussion. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen blessed
and congratulated the students. She also told that HMV has the pride of having
National Debater and Quiz team at National Level. Principal Madam also
congratulated Dean Youth Welfare Mrs. Navroop, Co-Dean Mrs. Meenu Kohli, Cultural
Incharge Dr. Ashmeen, Advisor Mrs. Veena Arora, Quiz Incharge Mrs. Binoo Gupta
& Literary Incharges Dr. Ramnita Saini Sharda and Mrs. Kuljit Kaur.
