The Computer
club of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organized an educational trip to Council
for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) at Sector 30, Chandigarh for the
student of computer science & IT under the dynamic guidance of Principal
Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen. A contingent of 45 students learnt about the
working of 3D-Scanner, Schilery technology. Students saw mechanical work shop
under the guidance of experts and learn about designing, analysis, testing
& manufacturing process. Students visited V5-Lab & had great experience
of usage of 3D-Scanner, image processing tools and also learn about sampling
& quantization process. In V3-Lab students learns about optical metrology,
magneto Rheological finishing technology. Students also visited in Robotic Lab.
Here they gain knowledge about robotic future & scope, understanding
different microcontroller available in the industry. Students also learn about
Remote Control Drone and quad Copter. Students also visited to Sukhna Lake,a beautiful
man-made lake. This lake serves as the great spot for relaxation and recreation
and students enjoyed boating. Students also seek blessings at NADA Sahib
Gurdwara Panchkula. It was overall a great time. This visit was co-ordinated
under the guidance of Dr. Sangeeta Arora, Head of P.G Dept. of comp. Science
and Mr. Anil Bhasin, Incharge Computer Club. Faculty
members Mrs. Ramandeep, Mrs. Shabnam, Mrs. Nishi also accompanied the Students
for visit.
