Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya has been choosen by NCC group
headquarters for organizing one month long NCC Republic Day Camp. This camp is
going on in the premises of HMV under the aegis of Brig. Advitya Madan. He told
that total 25 cadets have been selected and after undergoing training for
Drill, Firing, Best Cadets for ANO’s, JCO’s, NCO’s will be selected. Cadets for
various institutes of Kapurthala, Hoshiarpur, Phagwara, Jalandhar are
participating in the camp. Training time is from 08.30 hr to 16.00 hr. Best
cadets are receiving training in group discussion, lecturettes, drill, firing
& specialized subjects. These cadets once selected will participate in the
Youth Exchange Programme with friendly foreign countries. Principal Prof. Dr.
(Mrs.) Ajay Sareen said that our campus has been choosen by NCC Group
Headquarters, Jalandhar. She thanked Brig. Madan and congratulated Lt. Sonia
Mahendru for the same.
