The student Council of Hans
Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organized a webinar on ‘National Education Policy’ in collaboration with Niti Aayog and
Bhartiya Shiksha Mandal under the able guidance of Principal Prof Dr.(Mrs.) Ajay Sareen.
The resource person was Dr. S.P.
Bansal, Vice Chancellor, Himachal Pradesh Technical University, Hamirpur. The webinar started with Gayatri Mantra and
virtual lighting of lamp. Principal Dr.
Sareen congratulated Dean Student Council Mrs. Urvashi and said that the new
education policy will help in the development of the country. The skills and creativity of the students can
be enhanced with its help. New Education
Policy will prove to be of great help in development of the nation. Chief Guest Dr. S.P. Bansal said that under
new education policy, holistic development of students will be there. This policy is a challenge not only for
Indian but for the whole world. He
elaborated the objective of this policy. He said that this policy will be
helpful in providing a better future not only to present generation but also to
the generations to come. He stressed on
the benefits of new policy and said that the skills of the country will remain
here only. Dean, Student Council Mrs.
Urvashi presented her gratitude and said that this webinar will be helpful for
every participant. Vote of thanks was
presented by Prof. Devinder Singh Thakur, SVC Panjab University, Chandigarh
& Sanyojak BSM, Punjab. He said that
we hope that Prof. Bansal will continue giving his views on NEP in future
also. The moderator of the webinar was
