participated in celebration of 75 years of Independence organized by NCC Group

Brig. Aditya Madan commemorates Shaheed Bhagat Singh’s bravery and courageous
deeds in Indian freedom struggle. Cadets
of 2 Pb. (G) BN NCC, Jalandhar paid homage to Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh by
cleaning the statue at Bhagat Singh Chowk, Jalandhar. ANO Lt. Sonia Mahindru created awareness
among cadets on saying “No To Plastic”.
She
told them that the only way to save our planet and making it an eco friendly
place to live in, is by reducing the per person usage of plastic. NCC Cadets also participated in Plog Run for
India’s Freedom Struggle remembering Jallianwala Bagh Massacre. Vote of thanks was given by Commanding
Officer Col. NPS Toor 2 Pb. (G) BN NCC, Jalandhar. He motivated the cadets to follow the footsteps
of our great freedom fighters.
Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen appreciated the efforts of NCC Group Headquarter and NCC Army Wing HMV. She said that we are leading a free and respectable life in our country because of the struggle of our freedom fighters.
