The students of HMV Collegiate Senior
Secondary School brought laurels to the Collegiate School and increased the
pride and honour of the institution by displaying excellent performance in
State Level School Sports Competitions. Punjab School State Level Sports
Competition was organized in Mohali in which
Komal of SSC-I Non Medical
participated in the swimming competition and proudly bagged 5 medals
which included 2 silver and 3 bronze medals and she is going to participate in
National Level Competition. Along with this, Punjab School State Level Karate
Competition held at Bathinda, Neha of
SSC-I Commerce received Gold Medal in
Under-19 Karate Category-52 and is going to participate in National Level
Competition which is a great achievement in the field of sports for the
institution. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen felicitated the medal
winners and blessed them for continuous progress in future. On this occasion,
Mrs. Meenakshi Syal, School Coordinator also congratulated the students for
their excellent performance in sports and said that our organization is always
working for the all-round development of girl students. Along with providing
all kinds of sports facilities, proper arrangements are also made for free stay
and food in the hostel and special classes are also organized for the study of these
students so that there is no problem in their education so as do not to lag
behind in the field of education, along with sports.
