A virtual
seminar on “Future Skills Prime” was organized by NASSCOM and Ministry of IT,
Govt. of India in Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar under the able
guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen. The resource person of the
event was Mr. Sankalp Madaan. He discussed about skills demanded by the
industries. On the bases of that the industries have designed some courses in
association with NASSCOM. He talked about career portal for certification,
Artificial Intelligence (AI), various foundation courses and bridge courses
available, professional skills and software tools and programming languages. He
also apprised the teachers of various programmes so that the teachers make
their students aware of these courses. He also satisfied all the queries of the
teachers. At the end of the seminar, the coordinator of the seminar Mr. Jagjit
Bhatia presented a vote of thanks to the resource person and hoped to conduct
more such seminars.
