Under the
able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen, a workshop on “Wipro
Earthian Awards” was organized at Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya. The
coordinators of the workshop were Dean Academics Dr. Seema Marwaha and Dean
Innovation Dr. Anjana Bhatia. The Workshop started with lighting of the lamp.
The chief guest of the occasion was Director Punjab State Council of Science
and Technology Dr. K.S. Bath. Sh. Ashish Shah and Dr. Mandakini from Wipro were
also present there. Principal Dr. Sareen welcomed them with planter and
painting. Dr. Sareen appreciated the dedication and enthusiasm of all the
members. She said that only dedication and loyalty can make a project
successful. She said that we all should concentrate to complete our task. She
gave her best wishes to the organizers. Dr. S.K. Bath felt elated on coming to
HMV and gave brief information about Wipro Earthian Awards. He told that many
teachers are getting benefitted by this project. Mr. Ashish Shah gave detailed
information about the foundation. He said that our main objective is to make
people capable to face the challenges regarding environment. Dr. Mandakini also
provided brief information. Total 60 participants were there for the workshop.
They also shared their experiences. Stage was conducted by Dr. Anjana Bhatia.
