Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, a
distinguished institution with an illustrious history of nearly a century,

in the field of education. The college has made strides towards greatness and
has been duly recognized by national and international platforms for its
outstanding performance. The Open College Survey Rankings, 2023, have once
again recognized Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya's supremacy in the educational
landscape. The college has retained its position in Science and secured the top
spot and achieved an impressive second position in Arts, Commerce, and Mass
Communication. It has garnered the third rank in Fashion Designing and the
fifth rank in BCA, solidifying its standing as an all-round institution offering
diverse fields of study. Project coordinator Dr. Anjana Bhatia told that HMV
Jalandhar has achieved excellence in various parameters like legacy, academic
brilliance, collaborations, research, personality development of students,
co-curricular activities etc. Principal Prof.Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen attributed
these remarkable achievements to the unwavering support of the mentors at
DAVCMC, New Delhi, and the unrelenting dedication and hard work of the faculty
and staff. Their passion for nurturing young minds and fostering an environment
conducive to learning has been instrumental in shaping the college's
success.Expressing her heartfelt appreciation, Principal Prof.Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay
Sareen extended congratulations to all the Head of Departments, faculty members,
staff, students, and stakeholders for their pivotal roles in contributing to
the college's accomplishments. These momentous strides have been made possible
through the visionary guidance of President DAVCMC, Padma Shri Dr.Punam Suri,

DAVCMC Justice (Retd.) Sh. N.K. Sud. Their unwavering support and commitment to
