A workshop on Banking Software ‘Finacle’
was organised by the PG Department of Commerce and Management of Hans Raj
Mahila Maha Vidyalaya under the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs) Ajay
Sareen for the students of B.Voc (Banking and Financial Services). On this
occasion, the students visited RBL Bank Jalandhar. Ms. Divya Arora, Deputy Vice President, RBL
Bank welcomed the students. Ms. Mitali Julka, Operations Head explained the use of latest version of
Finacle and the commands which are used in Finacle Software in order to operate
customer transactions like how to check Balance, Print Passbook, Accounts
Ledger enquiries etc. She also showed the ultra virus machines to check cheque
genuity. The workshop ended with a doubt clearing session. Principal Prof. (Dr)
Mrs. Ajay Sareen congratulated Head of Department, Mrs. Meenu Kohli and
appreciated the efforts of the department. Ms. Yaagrika from Commerce
Department accompanied the students.
