The
inauguration ceremony of the seven day NSS camp was organized by the NSS
Society of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar. The camp was organized under the guidance of
Dr. Rekha Kalia Bhardwaj. The
inauguration ceremony was addressed by the officiating Principal Prof. Renuka
Bhatti. She motivated the NSS volunteers
to serve the society and further stressed on the need of the youth to provide
the right direction to the same. She
also emphasized on the role of youngsters in women education, health and
prevention from environmental pollution.
The programme officer, Prof. Kuljeet Kaur motivated the students to take
part in social activities and also highlighted the activities to be done in the
seven day camp. The stage was conducted
by Sapna (NSS, Asstt. Secy.). The Joint
Secy. Lavleen and Secy. Aastha Angrish presented their views in the form of
poetry. Prof. Sukhwinder and Prof.
Harmanpreet were also present at the event.
