A three day book fair is inaugurated at Hans Raj Mahila Maha
Vidyalaya under the able guidance of Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen. The book fair was inaugurated with the
lighting of the lamp. Principal Dr.
(Mrs.) Ajay Sareen said that books are our real asset as they give us
knowledge. High thoughts, knowledge,
advice, traditions, culture and human values, always remain alive in the form
of books. This book fair is being
organized with the motive of inculcating reading habits among students.
In this
book fair, Kalyani Publishers, Lyall Book Depot, Ludhiana has brought books on
Art, History, Science, Geography, Religion, Language, Mathematics, Literature,
Inspirational books, Media & Journalism, Computer Story books, Novels,
Journals, Dictionaries, Thesaurus, Banking & other competitive books. The college staff, faculty and students felt
encouraged. Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated Dean Academics-Mrs.
Meenakshi Syal, Librarian-Mrs. Renu Singla and their team for their efforts and
encouraged them to organize more such fairs in future.
