HMV organized one week Campus Recruitment Training Programme

The Career Counselling Cell of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organized a one week Campus Recruitment Training Programme for the students.  The resource person of the programme was Ms. Stuti from Terra Education, Amritsar.  Incharge Career Counselling Cell Dr. Seema Khanna welcomed her and said that students will be highly benefitted after this workshop.  During this programme, Ms. Stuti taught the students about making video resume.  She also helped the students in enhancing their communication skills. There were theoretical as well as practical sessions.  Around 30 students attended this programme.  The students were from different streams.  During the valedictory ceremony of the programme, Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen said that when a piece of diamond is cut in various pieces, it becomes priceless.  She said that the aim of our institution is the holistic development of the students.  This is not the age of academics only.  Gaining extra is very important.  DAV institutions are always known for giving extra flight to the students.  She congratulated career counselling cell for conducting this programme.   She also gave certificates to the participants.  Students gave their feedback and appreciated the whole programme. Vote of thanks was given by Dr. Seema Khanna.  On this occasion, members of the cell Mrs. Sangeeta Bhandari and Mrs. Rama Sharma were also present.  Stage was conducted by Mrs. Kajal Puri.

ਹੰਸ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਕਰਿਅਰ ਕਾਉਂਸਲਿੰਗ ਸੈਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਕ ਹਫਤੇ ਦਾ ਕੈਂਪਸ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਰਿਕਰੂਟਮੈਂਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ। ਪ੍ਰੋਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੈਰਾ ਏਜੁਕੇਸ਼ਨ, ਅਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਤੋਂ ਸੁਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸ਼ਰੁਤਿ ਬਤੌਰ ਰਿਸੋਰਸ ਪਰਸਨ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਕਰਿਅਰ ਕਾਉਂਸਲਿੰਗ ਸੈਲ ਦੀ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ਼ ਡਾ. ਸੀਮਾ ਖੰਨਾ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਰੂਪ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਭ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸ਼ਰੁਤਿ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀਡਿਓ ਰਿਜ਼ਯੂਮ ਬਨਾਉਣੇ ਸਿਖਾਏ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਮਯੂਨਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਕਿਲ ਬੇਹਤਰ ਬਨਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਥਿਯੋਰਿਟਿਕਲ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੈਕਟਿਕਲ ਦੋਨੋਂ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਭਗ 30 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਵਿਭਿੰਨ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆ ਤੋਂ ਸਬਧਿਤ ਸਨ। ਪ੍ਰੋਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਵੈਲੀਡਿਕਟਰੀ ਸਮਾਰੋਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਅਜੇ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੀਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਜਦੋਂ ਵਿਭਿੰਨ ਟੁਕੜਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਡਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਅਨਮੋਲ(ਮੁੱਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਧਾ) ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਸੰਸਥਾਨ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਹੁਮੁਖੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜਾਈ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਹੌਰ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਸੀਖਨਾ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਡੀ.ਏ.ਵੀ ਸੰਸਥਾਨ ਸਦਾ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਚੀ ਉੜਾਨ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਜਾਣੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਫੀਡਬੈਕ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਡਾ. ਸੀਮਾ ਖੰਨਾ ਨੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਸੈਲ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਸੰਗੀਤਾ ਭੰਡਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਰਮਾ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਮੰਚ ਸੰਚਾਲਨ ਸੈਲ ਦੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਕਾਜਲ ਪੁਰੀ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ।
