A one day workshop on CAD-Richpiece Software was
organized by Fashion Designing department of Hans Raj Mahila Maha
Vidyalaya. Mr. Mohan Cadiyam, Marketing
Manager, Tng Technology, Bangalore was the resource person. He acknowledged the students of Fashion
Designing department with the latest tools in Richpiece software for Pattern
making and grading automatically on computers.
The students of B.Sc. & M.Sc. FD attended this workshop and learnt
the software that are useful in pattern making in Fashion Industry. The head of department, Mrs. Cheena Gupta
along with all faculty members attended this workshop and acquired useful
skills of CAD to teach them to students.
Principal Prof. (Dr.) Mrs. Ajay Sareen also appreciated this initiative
of the department.
ਹੰਸਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਇਨਿੰਗ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਰੋਜ਼ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਹ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ‘ਕੈਡ-ਰਿਚਪੀਸ ਸਾੱਫਟਵੇਯਰ’ ਤੇ ਆਧਾਰਿਤ ਸੀ। ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਮੋਹਨ ਕੜਿਯਮ, ਮਾਰਕਿਟਿੰਗ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ, ਟੀ.ਐਨ.ਜੀ ਟੇਕਨਾਲਾੱਜੀ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਿਸੋਰਸ ਪਰਸਨ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਇਨਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਿਚਪੀਸ ਸਾੱਫਟਵੇਅਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਭਿੰਨ ਟੂਲਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਤਕਨੀਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਪਰਿਚਿਤ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ। ਇਸ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਫ.ਡੀ. ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਬੀ.ਐਸ.ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਐਮ.ਐਸ.ਸੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪਯੋਗ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੈਟਰਨ ਮੇਕਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਗ੍ਰੇਡਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਗੁਰ ਸਿੱਖੇ। ਹੈਡ ਆੱਫ ਡਿਪਾਰਟਮੇਂਟ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਚੀਨਾ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਸਾੱਫਟਵੇਅਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੀਕਿਆਂ ਸਿਖੀਆਂ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਅਜੇ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਣਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
