Two day conference on Concerns and Challenges of Diaspora
was inaugurated at Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya in collaboration with
International Authors’ and Editors’ Forum, Business Press, U.S.A., Texas USA. This conference is being organized by faculty
of languages (English, Punjabi, Hindi) of the college on 27th -28th January,
2017. On the inauguration ceremony,
Distt. & Sessions Judge Sh. Raj Shekhar Attri presided over the
function. Padamshree Dr. Surjit Patar
was the Chief Guest during inauguration ceremony. Sh Ajaib Singh Chatha, Chairman World Punjabi
Conference, Toronto, Canada, Dr. Dalbir Singh Dhillon, Director World Punjabi
Centre, Punjabi University, Patiala, Dr. Satish Kumar Verma, Professor, Punjabi
University, Patiala, Brig. Inder Mohan Singh Parmar and Mr. Rahul Saini,
Popular Fiction Writer were the Guests of Honour. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen
welcomed the guests with bouquet of flowers.
She said that HMV is a centre of education that actively participates in
the global discussions on issues of concern.
This conference is an interdisciplinary conference which has been
organized to explore myriad aspects of fast proliferating discipline of
diaspora. Principal Dr. (Mrs.)Ajay
Sareen also congratulated DAV fraternity on Padamshree Award being conferred on
Dr. Punam Suri, President DAV College Managing Committee on eve of Republic
Day. All the guests gave a standing
ovation in absentia to Dr. Punam Suri.
The concept
note of the conference was given by Dr. Adarsh Khanna, Convener (English) of
the conference. The keynote address was
delivered by Prof. Rana Nayar from Panjab University, Chandigarh. His topic was ‘Description of 3 Post Colonial
Kathas with reference to Videshi Punjabi Fiction’. The first Katha deals with the interaction between
the teacher student in our context invariably takes on the form of a colonial
rather than a post-colonial encounter.
The second Katha referred to institution and market-driven practices
that facilitate & obstruct the promotion of post-colonial theory in our
institutions. The third Katha seeks to
unfold the complex negotiation between capital and labour, desi and videshi in
post-industrialized ‘global context’.
Padamshree Surjit Patar Ji discussed the importance of
Punjabi language in our life and said that Punjabi is now a language of seven
seas. He recited a song ‘Ajj mere kolon
kach da gilas tuttiya’ and mesmerized the audience. Distt. & Sessions Judge Mr. Raj Shekhar
Attri said that diaspora is dynamic because we are marrying our daughters with
NRIs. We need a legal cell to resolve
their problems. On this occasion, a Book
Readers Club was also launched by college in collaboration with Popular Fiction
Writer Mr. Rahul Saini’s mindrain.org. Sh.
Arvind Ghai, Secretary DAVCMC delivered vote of thanks. Stage was conducted by Mrs. Ramnita Saini
Sharda and Mrs. Veena Arora. In the
second part of the conference, Sh. Ajaib Singh Chatha, Chairman World Punjabi
Conference, Toronto Canada discussed the reasons and problems of diaspora and
also suggested some solutions for that.
Dr. Dalbir Singh Dhillon, Director World Punjabi Centre, Punjabi Univ.
Patiala shared his personal experiences related to diaspora and said that we
can progress by positively utilizing Punjabi language at global level. Dr. Satish Kumar Verma, Professor Punjabi Univ.
Patiala related diaspora with a girl and said that girl has to go to another
house after marriage. He also discussed
various issues related to diaspora.
On the
first day of the conference, four parallel technical sessions were held. The
technical sessions were chaired by Dr. Mrs. Usha Bande, Former Principal, H.P.
University and Famous Writer of Hindi, English and Marathi Diaspora, Dr. Anoop
Vats, Principal DAV College, Ajmer, Dr. Darya, Punjabi Deptt., GNDU Amritsar
and Mr. Sawarnjit Savi, Famous Artist and Poet, Ludhiana. Mr. Karan Ajaib Singh Sangha from Canada was
the Guest of Honour. On the first day,
in four technical sessions, about 50 papers were presented.
The guest
visited Saada Virsa Saada Maan, Library and Performing Arts Department of the
college. Mrs. Kawaljit Kaur, HOD
Punjabi and Mrs. Veena Arora welcomed the guests in Heritage Centre.
On this
occasion, Mrs. Mamta, Mrs. Kranti Wadhwa, Mrs. Archana Kapoor, Dr. Jyoti Gogia,
Mrs. Kuljeet Kaur, Mrs. Veena Arora and other faculty members were also
present.
ਹੰਸਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿਚ ‘ਪਰਵਾਸ ਦੇ ਸਰੋਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ’ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਤੇ ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵੀ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ (ਹਿੰਦੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਤੇ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ) ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਦੋ ਰੋਜ਼ਾ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦਾ ਆਗਾਜ਼ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਅਜੇ ਸਰੀਨ ਦੀ ਯੋਗ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੇ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਦੀ ਰਸਮ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਰਾਜ ਸ਼ੇਖਰ ਅਤਰੀ-ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਜੱਜ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਵਜੋਂ ਪਦਮਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਡਾ. ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਪਾਤਰ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਿਰਕੱਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਪ੍ਰਤਿਸ਼ਠਿਤ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਵੱਜੋਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਜਾਇਬ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੱਠਾ (ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ, ਟੋਰੰਟੋ, ਕੈਨੇਡਾ), ਡਾ. ਦਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿਲੋ (ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ), ਡਾ. ਸਤੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਵਰਮਾ (ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ), ਬ੍ਰਿਗੇਡੀਅਰ ਇੰਦਰ ਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਰਮਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਸੈਨੀ (ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਗਲਪ ਲੇਖਕ) ਅਤੇ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਘਈ (ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਡੀ.ਏ.ਵੀ) ਦਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਨੇ ਫੁੱਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਆਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ 'ਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਐਚ.ਐਮ.ਵੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਗਲੋਬਲ ਮੁੱਧਿਆਂ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਵਧ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਅੰਤਰ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵੀ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਪਰਵਾਸ ਦੇ ਅਣਗਿਣਤ ਪਹਿਲੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੜਚੋਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ 'ਚ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਹਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਅਜੇ ਸਰੀਨ ਤੇ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ 'ਚ ਆਏ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਯੋਤਿ ਜਲਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਡਮ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਨੇ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਫੁੱਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਗੁਲਦਸਤਾ ਭੇਂਟ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਐਚ.ਐਮ.ਵੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਖੇਤਰ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਵੈਸ਼ਵਿਕ ਮੁੱਧਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਵਿਮਰਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਭਾਗ ਲਵੇਗਾ। ਇਹ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਇਕ ਅੰਤਰ:ਵਿਸ਼ਯਕ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਪਰਵਾਸ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ 'ਚ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਅਸਖਿਅਕ ਪਹਿਲੂਆਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਵਿਮਰਸ਼ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ 'ਚ ਆਏ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਇਕ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਨਾਤਮਕ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਡਾ. ਪੂਨਮ ਸੂਰੀ ਜੀ (ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ, ਡੀਏਵੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਮੈਨੇਜਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ, ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ) ਨੂੰ ਪਦਮਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਨਵਾਜ਼ਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਪਾਤਰ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਜੀਵਨ 'ਚ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜ ਦਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੋਲੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਸੱਤਾਂ ਸਮੁੰਦਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੋਲੀ ਕਿਹਾ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਰਵਾਸ ਦੇ ਮੂਲ ਕਾਰਨ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਤੇ ਰੋਸ਼ਨੀ ਪਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਛੋੜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਪਰਦੇਸ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪਿੰਜਦਾ ਵੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਸਿੰਜਦਾ ਵੀ। ਆਪਣੇ ‘ਅੱਜ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲੋ ਕੱਚ ਦਾ ਗਿਲਾਸ' ਗੀਤ ਗਾ ਕੇ ਸਰੋਤਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਤਰ ਮੁਗਧ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਰਾਜ ਸ਼ੇਖਰ ਅਤਰੀ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ 'ਚ ਆਏ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ‘ਜੀ ਆਇਆ' ਕਹਿਦਿਆ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਰਵਾਸ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਪਰਵਾਸ ਦੀ ਮੂਲ ਸੱਮਸਿਆ ਧੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਐਨ.ਆਰ.ਆਈ ਨਾਲ ਅਣਜੋੜ ਵਿਆਹ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਸਦਕਾ ਉਹ ਸੰਤਾਪ ਭੋਗ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੋਕ ਲਈ ਨਿਆ ਸੈੱਲ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਸ. ਅਜਾਇਬ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੱਠਾ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ, ਸੱਮਸਿਆਵਾਂ (ਨਸਲੀ ਵਿਤਕਰਾ, ਭੂਹੇਰਵਾ) ਨਾਲ ਰੂ-ਬ-ਰੂ ਕਰਵਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਧਾਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਮੁੱਲਵਾਨ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਡਾ. ਦਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿਲੋ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀ ਜੀਵਨ 'ਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਗਲੋਬਲ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਸੁਯੋਗ ਵਰਤੋ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿਕਾਸਮਈ ਬਣਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ।
ਡਾ. ਸਤੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਵਰਮਾ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਡਾਈਸਪੋਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਕੁੜੀ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬਧਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਜੜ੍ਹਾਂ (ਪੇਕਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ) ਤੋਂ ਵੱਖ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਘਰ (ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ) ਜਾਣਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ। ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਵਾਸੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵੱਖੋ-ਵੱਖਰੇ ਸਰੋਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਨੋਟ ਸਭਾਪਤੀ - ਡਾ. ਆਦਰਸ਼ ਖੰਨਾ (ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ) ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਪੋ੍ਰ. ਰਾਣਾ ਨਾਇਰ ਨੇ ਕੁੰਜੀਵਤ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਵਿੱਚ ‘ਡਿਸ਼ਕਰੀਪਸ਼ਨ ਆਫ਼ ਥ੍ਰੀ ਪੋਸਟ ਕੋਲੋਨੀਅਲ ਕਥਾਸ ਵਿਦ ਰੇਫਰੈਂਸ ਟੂ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਫਿਕਸ਼ਨ’ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਬਸਤੀਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਸੰਦਰਭ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਹੋਈ ਗਲੱਬਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਪੋਸਟ ਬਸਤਵਾਦੀ ਦੀ ਤੁਲਨਾ 'ਚ ਬਸਤੀਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ 'ਚ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਦੂਜੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਸਾਡੀਆਂ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ 'ਚ ਪੋਸਟ ਬਸਤੀਵਾਦੀ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ ਦੇ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਤੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਵਿਚ ਰੁਕਾਵਟ ਬਣ ਰਹੇੇ ਮੰਡੀ ਰੀਤੀ-ਰਿਵਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਤੀਜੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਪੋਸਟ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਗਲੋਬਲ ਦੇ ਸੰਦਰਭ ਵਿੰਚ ਧਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਰਤ, ਦੇੇਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਜਟਿਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਗਲਪ ਲੇਖਕ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਸੈਨੀ ਦੀ ‘ਮਾਇੰਡ੍ਰ ਰੇਨ' ਓਰਗੇਨਾਇਜੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕ ਬੁੱਕ ਰਿਡਰਜ਼ ਕਲੱਬ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਿਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਚਾਰ ਸਮਾਨੰਤਰ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਸੈਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 50 ਖੋਜ ਪਰਚੇ ਪੜ੍ਹੇ ਗਏ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਡਾ. ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਉਸ਼ਾ ਬਾਂਦੇ-ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ, ਐਚ.ਪੀ.ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਪਰਵਾਸੀ ਲੇਖਕ (ਹਿੰਦੀ, ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਤੇ ਮਰਾਠੀ) ਡਾ. ਅਨੂਪ ਵਤਸ - ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡੀਏਵੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਅਜਮੇਰ, ਡਾ. ਦਰਿਆ - ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਅਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, ਪ੍ਰਸਿਧ ਕਵੀ ਤੇ ਕਲਾਕਾਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸਵਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਵੀ - ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਸ਼ਠਿਤ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਵਜੋਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਅਜਾਇਬ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਘਾ - ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਿਰਕਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਮੰਚ ਸੰਚਾਲਨ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਰਮਨੀਤਾ ਸੈਨੀ ਸ਼ਾਰਦਾ (ਆਯੋਜਨ ਸਕੱਤਰ) ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਵੀਨਾ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ। ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਘਈ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਸ਼ੋਕ ਪਰੁਥੀ (ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਡੀਏਵੀ) ਨੇ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ 'ਚ ਆਏ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਰੀਤੀ-ਰਿਵਾਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਨਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਆ।
ਸਾਰੇ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਰਸਾ ਵਿਹਾਰ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਿਥੇ ਫਾੱਕ ਆਰਕੇਸਟ੍ਰਾ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਮੈਡਮ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਨੇ ਆਏ ਹੋਏ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਇਬ੍ਰੇਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਊਜ਼ਿਕ ਇੰਸਟਰੂਮੇਂਟਲ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿਖਾਇਆ।
