Fashion Designing department of Hans Raj Mahila
Maha Vidyalaya organized a seminar on Costume Designing in Pollywood. The resource person was Mr. Manmeet Bindra,
well known costume designer in Pollywood, who designed many costumes in
Pollywood like Angrez, Daddy Cool Munde Fool etc. The Head of department Mrs. Cheena Gupta
welcomed the guest with flowers. The
students of Fashion Designing attended this seminar. They were acknowledged with valuable
information on fabric study, how to design costumes according to budget,
location, movie scenes etc. All the
faculty members were present during the seminar. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen
appreciated this initiative of the department.
ਹੰਸ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਡਿਜਾਇਨਿੰਗ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਕਾਸਟਯੂਮ ਡਿਜਾਇਨਿੰਗ ਇਨ ਪੋਲੀਵੁਡ ਤੇ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਸਾਧਨ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਾਨ ਮਨਮੀਤ ਬਿੰਦ੍ਰਾ ਆਏ ਸਨ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਪੋਲੀਵੁਡ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਕਾਸਟਯੂਮ ਡਿਜਾਇਨਰ ਹਨ। ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ 'ਚ ਕਾਸਟਯੂਮ ਡਿਜਾਇਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ: - ਅੰਗੇ੍ਰਜ਼, ਡੈਡੀ ਕੂਲ ਮੁੰਡੇ ਫੂਲ ਆਦਿ। ਹੈਡ ਆਫ ਡਿਪਾਰਟਮੇਂਟ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਚੀਨਾ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਫੁੱਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਡਿਜਾਇਨਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੈਬਰਿਕ ਸਟਡੀ, ਬਜਟ ਦੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਸਟਯੂਮ ਡਿਜਾਇਨ ਕਰਨਾ, ਸਥਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਲਮ ਦੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਸਟਯੂਮ ਡਿਜਾਇਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਆਦਿ ਸਿਖਾਇਆ। ਸਾਰੇ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਉਥੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਮੈਡਮ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਨੇ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੋਤਸਾਹਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
