of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organized Swami Vivekanand Youth Awards –
2017 in collaboration with Swami Vivekanand Study Circle Ludhiana. On this occasion, Founder Member of Swami
Vivekanand Study Circle Retd. IAS Officer Sh. C.S. Talwar and State Coordinator
Dr. Vinay Sofat were present. Secretary
Dr. A.K. Jain, Member Dr. Sanjeev Dawar and Dr. Mahima Khosla were also
present. The programme started with DAV
Gaan. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay
Sareen welcomed the guests with bouquets.
She said that over confidence is very dangerous. There is a thin line of difference between
pride and ego. While talking about the
teachings of Swami Vivekanand she said that we should behave with others in the
same way as we expect others to behave with us.
Dr. Mahima Khosla said that only youth bring revolution. Swami Vivekanand was attached with youth at
ground level. Every word said by him, is
an institution in itself. Dr. Vinay
Sofat told the students about the importance of National Youth Day.
Dr. C.S. Talwar said that the personality of Swami Ji is
a rare combination of science and spirituality.
He told that the birth anniversary of Ram Krishan Paramhans falls on 28h
February, who was the Guru of Swami Vivekanand.
He said that Swami Ji was a symbol of self confidence and self
respect. On this occasion, State level
Youth Awards were given. Rajwinder Kaur
of HMV won Gold Medal, Ashish Kumar Padhy and Ranbir Singh Sandhu of PAU
Ludhiana won Silver Medal. Gurbir Singh
and Gurnaj Singh Gill of PAU Ludhiana won Bronze Medal. Sunita Bhalla and Suman Kumari won Swami
Vivekananda Appreciation Award.

ਹੰਸ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਫਾਰ ਗਾਂਧੀਅਨ ਸਟਡੀਜ਼ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਵਾਮੀ ਵਿਵੇਕਾਨੰਦ ਸਟਡੀ ਸਰਕਲ ਲੁਧਿਆਨਾ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਯੂਥ ਡੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਵਾਮੀ ਵਿਵੇਕਾਨੰਦ ਯੂਥ ਅਵਾਰਡਸ ਸਮਾਰੋਹ-2017 ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਸਵਾਮੀ ਵਿਵੇਕਾਨੰਦ ਸਟਡੀ ਸਰਕਲ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਥਾਪਕ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਰਿਟਾਇਰਡ ਆਈ.ਏ.ਐਸ ਆਫਿਸਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸੀ.ਐਸ.ਤਲਵਾੜ ਅਤੇ ਡਾ. ਵਿਨੇ ਸੋਫਤ, ਸਟੇਟ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸਵਾਮੀ ਵਿਵੇਕਾਨੰਦ ਸਟਡੀ ਸਰਕਲ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਚੈਪਟਰ ਦੇ ਸਚਿਵ ਡਾ. ਏ.ਕੇ. ਜੈਨ, ਮੈਂਬਰ ਡਾ. ਸੰਜੀਵ ਡਾਵਰ ਅਤੇ ਡਾ. ਮਹਿਮਾ ਖੋਸਲਾ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਡੀ.ਏ.ਵੀ ਗਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਅਜੇ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਫੁੱਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਮੈਡਮ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਆਤਮਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ਼ ਹਾਨਿਕਾਰਕ ਸਿੱਧ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗਰਵ ਅਤੇ ਅਹਮ 'ਚ ਥੋੜਾ ਹੀ ਫਰਕ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਨਾ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਵਾਮੀ ਵਿਵੇਕਾਨੰਦ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਵਾਮੀ ਜੀ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਅਸੀ ਦੁੱਜਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ, ਉਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਆਪ ਵੀ ਦੂਜਿਆ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਡਾ. ਮਹਿਮਾ ਖੋਸਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਯੁਵਾ ਵਰਗ ਹੀ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਕ੍ਰਾਂਤਿ ਲਿਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸਵਾਮੀ ਵਿਵੇਕਾਨੰਦ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਯੁਵਾ ਤਬਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਸਨ। ਸਵਾਮੀ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹ 'ਚੋਂ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ ਹਰ ਵਾਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ 'ਚ ਇਕ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਹੈ। ਡਾ. ਵਿਨੇ ਸੋਫਤ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਯੂਥ ਡੇ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਦੱਸੀ। ਡਾ. ਸੀ.ਐਸ.ਤਲਵਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਵਾਮੀ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਤਵ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਤੇ ਆਧਯਾਤਮਿਕਤਾ ਦਾ ਸੁਮੇਲ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 28 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਮਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਪਰਮਹੰਸ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਦਿਵਸ ਵੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋਕਿ ਸਵਾਮੀ ਵਿਵੇਕਾਨੰਦ ਦੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਨ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਵਾਮੀ ਵਿਵੇਕਾਨੰਦ ਆਤਮ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਆਤਮ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਚਿੰਨ੍ਹ ਹਨ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਸਵਾਮੀ ਵਿਵੇਕਾਨੰਦ ਸਟਡੀ ਸਰਕਲ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਟੇਟ ਲੈਵਲ ਯੂਥ ਅਵਾਰਡ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਐਚ.ਐਮ.ਵੀ ਤੋਂ ਰਾਜਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਨੂੰ ਗੋਲਡ ਮੈਡਲ, ਪੀਏਯੂ ਕਾਲਜ ਆੱਫ ਏਗ੍ਰੀਕਲਚਰ ਤੋਂ ਆਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਪਾਧੇ, ਰਨਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਲਵਰ ਮੈਡਲ, ਗੁਰਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਨਾਜ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿਲ ਨੂੰ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਜ਼ ਮੈਡਲ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਮੀਤਾ ਭੱਲਾ ਤੇ ਸੁਮਨ ਕੁਮਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਏਪ੍ਰੀਸਿਏਸ਼ਨ ਅਵਾਰਡ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਐਚ.ਐਮ.ਵੀ ਦੇ ਗਾਂਧੀਅਨ ਸਟਡੀ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਦੇ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਡਾ. ਰਾਜੀਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ।
