The Giddha team of Hans Raj Mahila Maha
Vidyalaya has added one more feather in the cap . The Giddha team participated in the Inter
University Cultural folk Songs competition ‘Vehra Shagna Da’ held at Mata
Sundri College for Women, University of Delhi.
The team won a cash prize of R.18000/-.

Ms. Harmanpreet Kaur was adjudged the best performer and was given a cash prize

ਹੰਸ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੀ ਗਿੱਧਾ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਪਲਬਧਿਆਂ 'ਚ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਉਪਲਬਧੀ ਜੋੜ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਆੱਫ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਸੁੰਦਰੀ ਕਾਲਜ 'ਚ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਇੰਟਰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਕਲਚਰਲ ਫੋਕ ਸਾਂਗ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ 'ਚ ਭਾਗ ਲੈ ਕੇ 180/- ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਨਕਦ ਇਨਾਮ ਜਿੱਤਿਆ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਅਜੇ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਡੀਨ ਯੂਥ ਵੈਲਫੇਯਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਨਵਰੂਪ ਤੇ ਗਿੱਧਾ ਟੀਮ ਦੀ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਡਾ. ਆਸ਼ਮੀਨ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਟੀਮ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਟੀਮ ਦੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹਰਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੂੰ ਬੈਸਟ ਪਰਫਾਰਮਰ ਦਾ ਖਿਤਾਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ 30/- ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਨਕਦ ਰਾਸ਼ਿ ਦਾ ਇਨਾਮ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਡੀਲ ਯੂਥ ਵੈਲਫੇਅਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਨਵਰੂਪ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਐਚ.ਐਮ.ਵੀ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ 'ਚ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਨਿਧਿਤਵ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਹ ਇਨਾਮ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਜੀ.ਐਨ.ਡੀ.ਯੂ ਦੀ ਡੀਨ ਯੂਥ ਵੈਲਫੇਅਰ ਡਾ. ਜਗਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
