A group of students of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya
visited Parliament House to see its live session under the able guidance of
Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen.
During live session of Lok Sabha, students got a chance to listen to
Speaker Lok Sabha Mrs. Sumitra Mahajan.
Dr. Rajiv Kumar from Political Science department and Mrs. Rama Sharma
from Mass Communication department were also there along with the
students. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay
Sareen told that while watching the live session of Lok Sabha, the students
came to know about the world’s biggest democracy. The students also saw Media Gallery of
Parliament House. They also met MP Mrs.
Kiran Kher for a short while. MP Mrs.
Kiran Kher gave her best wishes to the students. The students of Political Science and Mass
Communication department were really happy to see the live session of
Parliament. Principal Prof. Dr. Ajay
Sareen said that reading about Parliament in books only is not enough. Its live working should also be shown to the
students. HMV always aims to give new
experiences to the students.
ਹੰਸਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਂਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਨੇ ਪਿੰ੍ਰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਦੀ ਅਗੁਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਚ ਸੰਸਦ ਭਵਨ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ।ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਭਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕਸਭਾ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਗੁਜਾਰੀ ਦੇਖੀ। ਲਾਈਵ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਸਭਾ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਸ਼ੀਮਤੀ ਸੁਮਿਤਰਾ ਮਹਾਜਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਨਿਆ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਡਾ. ਰਜੀਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਸ ਕਮਿਊਨੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਰਮਾ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਵੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਨ।ਪਿੰ੍ਰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਭਵਨ ਦੀ ਲਾਈਵ ਕਾਰਗੁਜਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਹ ਜਾਨਿਆ ਕਿ ਦੁਨਿਆ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੇ ਲੋਕਤਾਂਤਰਿਕ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਸੰਸਦ ਕਿਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੀਡਿਆ ਗੈਲਰੀ ਵੀ ਵੇਖੀ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਭਵਨ ਚ ਸਾਂਸਦ ਕਿਰਨ ਖੇਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਛੋਟੀ ਜਿਹੀ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਸਾਂਸਦ ਕਿਰਨ ਖੇਰ ਨੇ ਉਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੁਭਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ।ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਸ ਕਮਿਊਨੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਸੰਸਦ ਭਵਨ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੁਸ਼ ਸਨ। ਉਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਸੰਸਦ ਭਵਨ ਅਸੀ ਟੀਵੀ ਤੇ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਅੱਜ ਅਸੀ ਇਥੇ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਗੁਜਾਰੀ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਰੋਮਾਂਚ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ।
ਪਿੰ੍ਰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੇਵਲ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਚ ਸੰਸਦ ਭਵਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਪੜਨਾ ਕਾਫੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਸਗੋਂ ਉਸਦੀ ਕਾਰਗੁਜਾਰੀ ਲਾਈਵ ਦੇਖਨੀ ਵੀ ਉਨੀਂ ਹੀ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਐਚਐਮਵੀ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਹੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੇਂ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਅੱਗੇ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
