HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School organized an Exhibition of Punjabi
Culture in which the student of SSC I and SSC II participated with great
enthusiasm. Students exhibited hand made
things related to Punjabi Culture.
Addressing the students, Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen told
that the main motive of this exhibition is that the students should not forget
their rich culture. They should feel as
a part of it. School Co-ordinator Mrs.
MeenakshiSyal said that students have exhibited extremely beautiful things
which are handmade and related to our culture.
The judges were Ms. Poonam Sharma, Punjabi Deptt. and Ms. Gagandeep,
Fine Arts Deptt. In Poster making
competition, Jayati Arya got First prize, HarpreetKaur got Second
prize and SimranjeetKaur won Third prize. In Cultural Ancient Things competition, Swati
got First position, Fiza got Second position and Dilpreet got Third
prize. In One Word Dictionary making
competition, Neha got First prize, Kulwinder got Second prize and
Yukti got Third prize. In
addition, Kashish and Kamakshi got consolation prize in One Word Dictionary
making and Poster making competitions respectively. Principal Dr. Sareen gave the prizes to the
winners. On this occasion, Ms. Sangeeta,
Miss ArvinderKaur and Miss Harmanpreet Kaur were also present.
ਐਚ.ਐਮ.ਵੀ. ਕਾੱਲਜੀਏਟ ਸੀ.ਸੈ. ਸਕੂਲ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨੀ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 1 ਅਤੇ 2 ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੱਧ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਆਪ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਿਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਡਾ. ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਅਜੇ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨੀ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਵ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਦੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਜੋ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਭੁੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸਨੂੰ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਸਕੂਲ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਮੀਨਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਸਿਆਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਸਤਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਲੱਖਣ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਸੱਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾਯੋਗ ਹਨ। ਜੱਜ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਪੂਨਮ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ (ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ) ਅਤੇ ਗਗਨਦੀਪ (ਫਾਇਨ ਆਰਟਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ) ਨੇ ਨਿਭਾਈ। ਪੋਸਟਰ ਮੇਕਿੰਗ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਜਯਤਿ ਆਰਿਆ, ਦੂਜਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਤੀਜ਼ਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਸਿਮਰਨਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਪੁਰਾਤਨ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਵਾਤੀ, ਫਿਜ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਲਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਨੇ ਕ੍ਰਮਵਾਰ ਪਹਿਲਾ, ਦੂਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੀਜਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਕ ਅੱਖਰੀ ਸ਼ਬਦਕੋਸ਼ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੇਹਾ, ਕੁਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਯੁਕਤੀ ਨੇ ਕ੍ਰਮਵਾਰ ਪਹਿਲਾ, ਦੂਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੀਜਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਕੋਸ਼ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਪੋਸਟਰ ਮੇਕਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਮਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਂਤਵਨਾ ਇਨਾਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਜੇਤੂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਡਮ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਨਮਾਨਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਸੰਗੀਤਾ, ਅਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
