Two day workshop on Entrepreneurship was inaugurated at
Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya in collaboration with Makeintern CARPE DIEM
IIM, Calcultta. The resource person
of two day workshop is Mr. Kartik Mehta, Certified Entrepreneurship and Soft
Skill Mentor. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.)
Ajay Sareen said that HMV is the only college of this region to hold such
innovative workshops for the students as Innovation is the keyword at HMV. She said that we cannot change our past and
future is always uncertain. So, we
should work for the present, which is in our hands. She said that women empowerment is related to
empowered ideology. She said that the vision
of HMV is to turn signatures of the students into autographs by making them
empowered.
Coordinator of
the workshop Mrs. Binoo Gupta gave introduction of the workshop. She said that the objective of this workshop
is to make the students, job providers and not job seekers. This workshop will enhance the technological,
methodological and social skills of the students. The students will be able to know about idea
generation and marketing for which positive attitude is a must.
Around 111
students are attending this workshop from PG Deptt. of Commerce, B.Voc. in
Banking and Financial Services and B.Design Deptt. From these students, 7 students will be
selected who will be representing the college in Carpediem IIM, Calcutta
Championship.
Resource person
Mr. Kartik Mehta said that in two days, students will be told about
entrepreneurship, raising funds for business, activating the business and
growing it with branding.The students enthusiastically participated in the
workshop. Stage was conducted by Dr.
Anjana Bhatia. On this occasion, Mrs.
MeenuKohli, Dr. Seema Khanna, Mrs. SavitaMahendru, Mrs. Gagandeep, Dr.
shavetaChauhan, Mrs. Yuvika, Mrs. RituBahri, Mrs. Anuradha, Ms. Aashima and
other faculty members were also present.
ਹੰਸ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਲਿਆ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਮੇਕਇਨਟਰਨ ਕਾਰਪੇ ਡੀਮ ਆਈਆਈਐਮ, ਕਲਕੱਤਾ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਏਨਟਰਪ੍ਰੈਨਯੋਰਸ਼ਿਪ 'ਤੇ ਦੋ ਰੋਜ਼ਾ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਬਤੌਰ ਰਿਸੋਰਸ ਪਰਸਨ ਸਰਟੀਫਾਇਡ ਏਨਟਰਪ੍ਰੈਨਯੋਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਫਟ ਸਕਿਲ ਮੇਂਟਰ ਕਾਰਤਿਕ ਮੇਹਤਾ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੋ੍ਰ. ਡਾ. (ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ) ਅਜੇ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਰਿਸੋਰਸ ਪਰਸਨ ਦਾ ਫੁੱਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਐਚਐਮਵੀ ਇਸ ਖੇਤਰ ਦਾ ਇਕਲੌਤਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਪਣੇ ਭੂਤਕਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਭੱਵਿਖ ਦਾ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ਾ ਲਗਾਉਣਾ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਸਸ਼ਕਤੀਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਹੀ ਅਰਥ ਹੈ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਸ਼ਕਤੀਕਰਲ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਐਚ.ਐਮ.ਵੀ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਹਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣ ਦੇ ਹਸਤਾਖ਼ਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਟੋਗ੍ਰਾਫ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲਣਾ ਹੈ।
ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਬੀਨੂ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਲੈਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ 'ਚ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਸਕਿਲ, ਕਾਰਜ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਮੁਹਾਰਤ ਵਧਾਏਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਕਾਰਾਤਮਕ ਸੋਚ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਰਕੀਟਿੰਗ ਬਾਰੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਪਾਉਣਗੀਆਂ। ਇਸ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਵਿਚ ਲਗਭਗ 111 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਭਾਗ ਲੈ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਪੀ.ਜੀ. ਵਿਭਾਗ ਕਾਮਰਸ, ਬੀ.ਵਾੱਕ. ਬੈਂਕਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਫਾਇਨੇਂਸ਼ਿਯਲ ਸਰਵਿਸਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਬੀ.ਡਿਜ਼ਾਇਨ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਤੋਂ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 7 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਜੋ ਕਾਰਪੇਡਿਯਮ ਆਈਆਈਐਮ ਕਲਕੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਚ.ਐਮ.ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਨਿਧਤਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
ਰਿਸੋਰਸ ਪਰਸਨ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਕਾਰਤਿਕ ਮੇਹਤਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੋ ਰੋਜ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਦਯੋਗੀਕਰਨ, ਵਪਾਰ ਲਈ ਧੰਨ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰਨਾ, ਏਕਟਿਵੇਟਿੰਗ ਬਿਜ਼ਨੇਸ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਡਿੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਉਣਾ ਸਿਖਾਇਆ ਜਾਏਗਾ। ਮੰਚ ਸੰਚਾਲਨ ਡਾ. ਅੰਜਨਾ ਭਾਟਿਆ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਮੀਨੂੰ ਕੋਹਲੀ, ਡਾ. ਸੀਮਾ ਖੰਨਾ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਸਵਿਤਾ ਮਹੇਂਦਰੂ, ਡਾ. ਸ਼ਵੇਤਾ ਚੌਹਾਨ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਗਗਨਦੀਪ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਯੁਵਿਕਾ, ਰੀਤੂ ਬਾਹਰੀ, ਆਸ਼ਿਮਾ, ਅਨੁਰਾਧਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੌਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
