Two day workshop on Entrepreneurship
concluded at Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya.
This workshop was organized in collaboration with Makeintern Carpe Diem
IIM, Calcutta. During the workshop,
Certified Entrepreneurship and Soft Skill Mentor Mr. Kartik Mehta was the
resource person. Mr. Kartik Mehta gave
detailed information about entrepreneurship to the students. He told the students about how to start a
business from a scratch, generating ideas for new business, raising the funds,
defining business plan, activating business, recruiting, partnership and
branding. He said that choosing right
investors for the business is very important.
He also made the students develop business plan practically and students
enthusiastically performed these exercises.
Through various motivational videos, the students learnt that adversity
cannot stop a person from pursuing what one loves. For this, regular practice
is needed. In this workshop, 111
students from PG Deptt. of Commerce, B.Voc. (Banking & Financial Services)
and B. Design participated. 7 students
were selected who will be representing HMV in Carpe Diem IIM Calcutta
Championship 2017 which is a national championship. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated the selected
students. These students were Ms. Khanna
Kapur and Gulfaam Virdi, Anupriya, Muskan Virdi, Ridhi, Mansi, Ms. Vidhita
Beri. Workshop Coordinator Mrs. Binoo
Gupta presented vote of thanks. On this
occasion, Mr. Pardeep Mehta, Ms. Nandini, Mrs. Ritu Bahri, Mr. Neeraj Aggarwal,
Ms. Karishma, Ms. Aashima, Mrs. Bindu Kohli were also present. The student coordinators were Ms. Upasna Seth
and Ms.Gulfam Virdi.
ਹੰਸ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਲਿਆ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਮੇਕਇਨਟਰਨ ਕਾਰਪੇ ਡੀਮ ਆਈਆਈਐਮ, ਕਲਕੱਤਾ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਏਨਟਰਪ੍ਰੈਨਯੋਰਸ਼ਿਪ 'ਤੇ ਦੋ ਰੋਜ਼ਾ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਪਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਦੋ ਰੋਜ਼ਾ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਟੀਫਾਇਡ ਏਨਟਰਪ੍ਰੈਨਯੋਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਫਟ ਸਕਿਲ ਮੇਂਟਰ ਕਾਰਤਿਕ ਮੇਹਤਾ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਦੋ ਰੋਜ਼ਾ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਰਤਿਕ ਮੇਹਤਾ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਏਨਟਰਪ੍ਰੈਨਯੋਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਬਾਰੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਜਨੇਸ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ, ਬਿਜਨੇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਰੇ 'ਚ ਨਵੇਂ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਕਰਨ, ਫੰਡ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਗੀ, ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ, ਭਰਤੀ, ਭਾਈਵਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰੈਂਡਿੰਗ ਆਦਿ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਸਹੀ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ਕ ਦੀ ਚੌਣ ਅਤਿ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੈਕਟੀਕਲ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਵੀ ਕਰਵਾਏ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਪੂਰਵਕ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ।
ਵਿਭਿੰਨ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਣਾਦਾਇਕ ਵੀਡਿਓ ਦੇ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਸਦੀ ਮਨਪੰਸਦ ਚੀਜ਼ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਅਭਿਆਸ।
ਇਸ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਵਿਚ ਲਗਭਗ 111 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਭਾਗ ਲੈ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਪੀ.ਜੀ. ਵਿਭਾਗ ਕਾਮਰਸ, ਬੀ.ਵਾੱਕ. ਬੈਂਕਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਫਾਇਨੇਂਸ਼ਿਯਲ ਸਰਵਿਸਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਬੀ.ਡਿਜ਼ਾਇਨ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਤੋਂ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 7 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਜੋ ਕਾਰਪੇਡਿਯਮ ਆਈਆਈਐਮ ਕਲਕੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਚ.ਐਮ.ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਨਿਧਤਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੋ੍ਰ. ਡਾ. (ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ) ਅਜੇ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਚੁਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਕਪੂਰ, ਗੁਲਫਾਮ ਵਿਰਦੀ, ਰਿੱਧੀ, ਮਾਨਸ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਤਾ ਬੇਰੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ।
ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਬੀਨੂੰ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਡਾ. ਸ਼ਵੇਤਾ ਚੌਹਾਨ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਦੀਪ ਮੇਹਤਾ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਬਿੰਦੂ ਕੋਹਲੀ, ਰੀਤੂ ਬਾਹਰੀ, ਨੀਰਜ਼ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ, ਕਰਿਸ਼ਮਾ ਸਾਂਗਰਾ, ਆਸ਼ਿਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਨਿਕਾ ਵੀ ਮੋਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਸਟੂਡੇਂਟ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਸੇਠ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਸਕਾਨ ਵਿਰਦੀ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
