The
PG Department of Political Science of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar
organized an Extension Lecture on the topic "India China Relations –
Economic and Military Dimension of China". The resource person of the
seminar was Major General (Retd.) Vijay Panday VSM. Principal Prof. Dr. Mrs.
Ajay Sareen welcomed him with a bouquet of flowers. Major General Panday talked
about perspective of China
on Economic dimension and military aspect.
He said that knowing the enemy enables you to take the offensive and
knowing yourself enables you to stand on the defensive. He also talked about Sino Indian Border
dispute, conflict management measures, Doklam & Future Prospects. He also answered in detail the queries of the
students on India China relations. The
students of MA Pol. Sc. I & II and BA (Pol. Sc.) attended this
lecture. Dr. Rajiv Kumar presented vote
of thanks. On this occasion, Head of
Pol. Sc. deptt. Mrs. Nita Malik, Mrs. Alka & Dr. Jiwan Devi were also
present.
ਹੰਸਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਂਵਿਦਿਆਲਿਆ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰ ਪੀ.ਜੀ. ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਭਾਰਤ-ਚੀਨ ਸੰਬੰਧਾਂ - ਇਕੋਨਾੱਕਿਮ ਏਂਡ ਮਿਲਿਟ੍ਰੀ ਡਾਇਮੇਂਸ਼ਨ ਆੱਫ ਚਾਈਨਾ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਤੇ ਏਸਟੇਂਸ਼ਨ ਲੈਕਚਰ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਲੈਕਚਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਤੌਰ ਰਿਸੋਰਸ ਪਰਸਨ ਮੇਜ਼ਰ ਜਨਰਲ (ਸਾਬਕਾ) ਵਿਜੈ ਪਾਂਡੇ (ਵਿਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਟ ਸੇਵਾ ਮੈਡਲ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ) ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਡਾ. ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਫੁੱਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਮੇਜ਼ਰ ਜਨਰਲ ਪਾਂਡੇ ਨੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਤੇ ਮਿਲਿਟ੍ਰੀ ਪੱਖ ਤੇ ਚੀਨ ਦੇ ਨਜ਼ਰਿਏ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਰੇ 'ਚ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਨਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਦਾ ਸਹੀ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਗਿਆਨ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣਾ ਹੀ ਫਾਇਦਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਿਨੋ ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਬਾਡਰ ਡਿਸਪਯੂਟ, ਕੰਫਲਿਕਟ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੇਂਟ, ਡੋਕਲਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਭੱਵਿਖ ਦੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਪਾਕ ਸੰਬੰਧਾਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਐਮ.ਏ. ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਬੀ.ਏ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਡਾ. ਰਾਜੀਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ। ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਮੁਖੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਨੀਟਾ ਮਲਿਕ, ਅਲਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਡਾ. ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇਵੀ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
