HMV organized competitions on Vedic Mantra Writing

The Sanskrit department of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organized a competition on Vedic Mantra writing under the guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen.  In this competition, more than 50 students participated and gathered knowledge about vedic values.  The judges of competition were Mrs. Neety Sood, Mrs. Navroop and Miss Shama Sharma.  Km. Raghvi of B.A. Sem. I won first prize, Km. Pooja of B.A Sem. V won second prize, Km. Jyoti of SSC II won third prize and Km. Rupeena of SSC II won consolation prize.  Principal Dr. Sareen gave the prizes to the winners and encouraged the students to adopt vedic values and traditions in life.  She appreciated the efforts of Head of Sanskrit department Mrs. Sunita Dhawan. On this occasion, Dr. Jivan Devi and all the members of Arya Yuvti Sabha were present.
