Art of Living Workshop for the resident scholars of HMV

Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organized one day Examination Special workshop of Art of Living for resident scholars under the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen.  The workshop was conducted by Dr. Ajay Sukheeja, Facilitator, Art of Living.  Principal Dr. Mrs. Ajay Sareen and Hostel Coordinator Mrs. Meenakshi Syal gave floral welcome to the resource person.  Dr. Ajay Sukheeja apprised the students about enhancing of concentration to sharp the memory with light practical exercises.  Principal Dr. Sareen appreciated the efforts of the coordinator and encouraged for organizing such events in future also.  She emphasized on life skills to be provided to the resident scholars.  The workshop ended with an interactive session with the students.  Formal vote of thanks was given by Coordinator Mrs. Meenakshi Syal.  Wardens of the hostel were also present.

ਹੰਸ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਲਿਆ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਹੋਸਟਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਪਰੀਖਿਆ ਨੂੰਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਕ ਰੋਜ਼ਾ ਆਰਟ ਆਫ ਲਿਵਿੰਗ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੋ. ਡਾ. ਸੀਮਤੀ ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।  ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ 'ਚ ਬਤੌਰ ਰਿਸੋਰਸ ਪਰਸਨ ਆਰਟ ਆੱਫ ਲਿਵਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਫੇਸਿਲਿਟੇਟਰ ਡਾ. ਅਜੈ ਸੁਖੀਜਾ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।  ਕਾਲਜ ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਸਟਲ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਸੀਮਤੀ ਮੀਨਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਸਿਆਲ ਨੇ ਫੁੱਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਰਿਸੋਰਸ ਪਰਸਨ ਦਾ ਸੁਆਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ।  ਡਾ. ਅਜੈ ਸੁਖੀਜਾ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂ ੰਧਿਆਨ ਕੇਂਦਰਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਯਾਦਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਦੱਸੇ।  ਪੋ. ਡਾ. ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਸੀਮਤੀ ਸਿਆਲ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦੀ ਪਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਭੱਵਿਖ 'ਚ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਤਰ•ਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੋਗਰਾਮ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।  ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਦੇ ਅੰਤ 'ਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਸ਼ਨ ਵੀ ਪੁੱਛੇ।  ਸੀਮਤੀ ਸਿਆਲ ਨੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਹੋਸਟਲ ਵਾਰਡਨ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
