Under
the guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen and Coordinator Mrs.
Meenakshi Syal a one day Educational
Trip to Amritsar was organized by HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School under the
supervision of Ms. Preeti Thapar, Asstt. Prof. in English accompanied by Ms.
Sangeeta Rani, Ms. Arvinder Kaur, Ms. Gagandeep, Ms. Ravneet Kaur, Ms. Harpreet
Kaur and Ms. Bharti. About 115 students
were taken to Saada Pind situated on the outskirt of Amritsar to know about the
cultural heritage and ancient equipments belong to culture of the State
(Punjab). Students also had an insight
into the old Punjabi culture by visiting old Post Office, Hath Khaddi, Phulkari
with Charkha, old Film Industry, Musical Room and D.J. point where students
enjoyed and had fun with full enthusiasm.
They also enjoyed different rides with their friends. Students under the guidance of all faculty
members got knowledge about the old Punjabi culture. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen
appreciated the efforts of Coordinator and staff for organizing such
educational trips.
ਐਚ.ਐਮ.ਵੀ ਕਾੱਲਜਿਏਟ ਸੀ. ਸੈ. ਸਕੂਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੋ. ਡਾ. ਸੀਮਤੀ ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਕ ਰੋਜ਼ਾ ਏਜੁਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਟਿਪ ਤੇ ਅੰਮਿਤਸਰ ਸਥਿਤ ‘ਸਾਡਾ ਪਿੰਡ' ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਸਕੂਲ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਸੀਮਤੀ ਮੀਨਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਸਿਆਲ ਦੀ ਦੇਖਰੇਖ 'ਚ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਤੋਂ ਸੁਸੀ ਪੀਤਿ ਥਾਪਰ, ਸੰਗੀਤਾ ਰਾਣੀ, ਅਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ, ਗਗਨਦੀਪ, ਰਵਨੀਤ ਕੌਰ, ਹਰਪੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਵੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਟਿਪ 'ਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਲਗਭਗ 115 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਟਿਪ 'ਚ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਅਮੀਰ ਸਾਂਸਕਿਤਿਕ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਨੂੰਸਮਝਿਆ। ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਪੁਰਾਤਨ ਉਪਕਰਨ ਦੇਖੇ ਜੋ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸੰਸ´ਿਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਸਨ। ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਸਾਡਾ ਪਿੰਡ 'ਚ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਪੋਸਟ ਆਫਿਸ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਝੂਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਆਨੰਦ ਵੀ ਲਿਆ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਸਾਡਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਆ ਕੇ ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਨੂੰਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸੰਸਕਿਤੀ ਤੇ ਸਭਿਅਤਾ ਨੂੰਕਰੀਬ ਤੋਂ ਸਮਝਣ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਡਮ ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਟਾਫ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦੀ ਪਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਕੀਤੀ।
