The NSS unit of Hans Raj
Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organized NSS camp in Karali and Panchranga village. The
NSS volunteers painted the walls of both the villages and spread the message of
swachta and beauty. Under the leadership of NSS program Officer Dr. Anjana
Bhatia, total 130 NSS volunteers participated in this camp. The volunteers made
the villagers aware about swachta by writing the message of ‘swach bharat
sunder bharat ‘ on the walls of the villages. The volunteers enthusiastically
participated in the camp. Students also took out a rally on the subjects of
“Drug Addiction” and “Beti Bachao, Beti Padao”.
Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen encouraged the volunteers
and said that it is our prime duty to maintain cleanliness of our country. We
should become a part of this campaign. We should aware every citizen for
cleanliness. Program Officer Dr. Anjana Bhatia also encouraged the students to
complete this task with full enthusiasm and dedication. On this occasion, Mrs.
Alka, Mrs. Pawan Kumari, Dr. Shailendra, Mrs. Suruchi and Mr. Balwinder Kumar
were also present.
