Dr. Harpreet Singh, Head PG Department of Bioinformatics of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya attended online Bioinformatics Community Conference 2020. He made a significant mark in this conference by serving various prestigious roles. He served as a session chair for the “Galaxy East Session 4: The big picture” session. He also acted as a speaker and moderator during the “Birds-of-a-Feather (BoF): Galaxy-India: Launch and Outreach Plans” sessions which were conducted for the West as well as East hemispheres. In this BoF various deliberations were made related to the launch of Galaxy India community in which Dr. Harpreet Singh will be playing a lead role. He also acted as one of the Co-Fest (Hakathon) organizers during this event. Principal Prof. Dr. Mrs. Ajay Sareen congratulated him for this achievement. Dr. Harpreet Singh also thanked Madam Principal for her all time support and guidance.
