Under
the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen, the enthusiastic
volunteers of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar pledged to participate
wholeheartedly against the COVID Pandemic. NSS, NCC and Student Council
volunteers, Teaching and Non Teaching Staff took the pledge to render services
for fight against Corona.
Speaking
on the occasion, Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen said that HMV has
always committed itself to safeguard humanity against the COVID Virus. She
further added that HMV has celebrated TIKA UTSAV by arranging for vaccination
camp in the campus. A video prepared by PG department of Music Vocal under the
guidance of Dr. Prem Sagar encouraging the vaccination drive was also launched
by the Principal. Dr. Anjana Bhatia, Dean Innovation and Research said that we
must act responsibly and inspire others to follow the Govt. guidelines to
strengthen the fight against CORONA.
On
this occasion, Mrs. Saloni Sharma, Mrs. Urvashi Mishra, Lt. Sonia Mahindru, Mr.
Pardeep Mehta, Dr. Rakhi Mehta, Mrs. Savita Mahindru, Mr. Sushil Kumar, Mrs.
Jyotika Minhas, Mrs. Lovleen Kaur, Mr. Parminder Singh, Dr. Minakshi Duggal
Mehta, Mrs. Alka, Mr. Rishabh Dhir, Mr. Ravi Maini, Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Mr. Vidhu
Vohra and Mr. Arvind Chandi were present and contributed towards the pledge
taking activity.
