Fashion Design Department
of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar organized one day workshop on
Fashion Makeovers. The workshop aimed to provide students with practical
insights into the latest trends, techniques, and professional tips related to
fashion styling and fashion transformations. The session was conducted by
renowned fashion experts and stylists as Resource Persons Ms. Himanshi Madaan and Ms. Kriti Jain, our
Proud Alumni, who shared their vast experience in the field of fashion,
styling, and makeovers. They guided the students on how to enhance their
appearance through appropriate clothing choices, grooming techniques and makeup
trends suitable for different occasions. The workshop included live
demonstrations on styling, color coordination and modern makeover techniques,
enabling students to learn hands-on skills and gain a better understanding of
industry practices. The resource persons also discussed current fashion trends,
body shape analysis, and personalized styling tips, making the session highly
interactive and engaging. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen appreciated
the efforts of the Department of Design for organizing such an enriching
workshop and encouraged students to take full advantage of such opportunities to
enhance their creative skills. She also congratulated Head of Department Dr.
Rakhi Mehta and the faculty members Ms. Ritika, Ms. Manika & Ms. Ravneet
for their consistent efforts in bridging the gap between academic learning and
industry exposure. The event received an overwhelming response from students,
who expressed their gratitude for the valuable insights and practical exposure
provided by the resource persons. The workshop concluded with an interactive
Q&A session followed by Vote of thanks by Head of Dept Dr. Rakhi
Mehta.
